Surface Areas
All surfaces will be cleaned utilizing a damp cleaning method with yellow microfiber towels and appropriate disinfectant or cleansing agent. Surfaces will be left free of streaks or film.
Windows & Glass Areas
Glass surfaces will be cleaned utilizing approved glass cleaner with a blue microfiber towel. Glass cleaner is applied on the blue microfiber to polish glass surfaces. Exterior windows will be cleaned utilizing window squeegee equipment with a bio degradable window cleaning agent. Windows will be left free of streaks or film.
Bathrooms
Bathroom surfaces will be cleaned and disinfected utilizing a red microfiber containing a mixture of disinfectant & cleansing agent. An abrasive cleansing agent will be utilized with the toilet brush to remove hard water and other stains inside the commode at least once a week or as needed. Surfaces will be left free of streaks and film.
Mopping
Floor areas will be vacuumed or dry mopped prior to damp mopping to remove all dirt and debris. Damp mopping will follow utilizing a microfiber mop and mild scented cleansing agent to remove all liquid stains and provide a warm and inviting feel to the area. Use of appropriate wet floor signage will be placed in visible areas and removed once the damp mopping procedure is completed. Floors will be left free of streaks and film.
High-Low Dusting
Starting from top to bottom dusting of light fixtures, door frames, ledges, picture frames, baseboards and other areas as specified utilizing an approved dusting tool with dust cloth. In some cases use of a damp microfiber will be used to remove stains and other debris from high traffic areas.
Vacuuming
Carpeted areas will be vacuumed utilizing commercial HEPA filter vacuums that prevent dust particles from re-entering the common spaces. Our methods ensure baseboards and corners are not affected by the use of equipment including vacuum heads and extension cords to minimize baseboard and corner damage. Vacuum bags will be changed/cleaned once a week or as needed.
Trash Removal
Trash containers of varying sizes will be emptied, wiped inside and out as needed, liner replaced and returned to their original positions. All trash collection will be staged in the appropriate places for future removal off site. Recyclables will be staged in the approved bins for future removal off site.
Recycling
All recyclable waste will be collected from the appropriate recycling stations throughout the building including offices, trash rooms and loading docks then staged at designated recycling areas for pick up.
Carpet Care
Carpets will be monitored daily to identify any spills, spots, damage or pet waste. An approved carpet spot cleaning agent will be used for small stains. Pet waste will be cleaned with a bio-degradable pet friendly approved enzyme based cleansing agent to remove stains and mal odors.
Cleaning Schedule
Daily schedules are created based on the building specification to ensure the cleaning staff is on track with daily, weekly and monthly tasks. Schedules are reviewed by management to ensure the buildings needs are met to standards.
Quality Control
Monthly inspections are scheduled to ensure cleaning standards and operational procedures are being met to maintain consistency throughout the property. Unscheduled weekly inspections take place at varying times during working hours to ensure the cleaning staff is adhering to their respective cleaning schedules and impact areas are being tended to on a constant basis.
